All returns must be confirmed and approved by e-mail before the items are shipped back to us.

• All resin and pipe liner kit sales are final.
• You may return other unused, unopened merchandise within 30 days for a refund, minus shipping and handling fees and a re-stocking fee of 20%.
• We will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. 
• In the case of defective merchandise, we will ship out a replacement once we have received and verified the defective merchandise.
• All items under warranty will be either replaced or repaired at the discretion of Drain Rehab Solutions with our client satisfaction approach.

Shipping Location

Orders are generally shipped from Canada, based on stock availability and restocking schedules. In some cases, particularly when Canadian stock is low, items may be shipped directly from one of our manufacturing countries.

North America Deliveries

Shipping fees within North America are included in the invoice. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days, depending on carrier availability.

International Deliveries

For shipments outside North America, additional shipping charges may apply depending on the destination. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days, subject to carrier availability.

Customs Duties

Customs duties (import taxes) may apply to international orders, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the invoice and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
