Refund policy

All returns must be confirmed and approved by e-mail before the items are shipped back to us.
Please e-mail all return requests to: info@drainrehabsolutions.com 
  • All resin and pipe liner kit sales are final.
  • You may return other unused, unopened merchandise within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping, transaction fee (3.5% credit card fee) and handling fees (15%).
  • We will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
  • In the case of defective merchandise, we will ship out a replacement once we have received and verified the defective merchandise.
  • All items under warranty will be either replaced or repaired at the discretion of Drain Rehab Solutions with our client satisfaction approach.

Warranty Information

DRS ZIP-ZIP Flex Shaft Drain Cleaning Machines:

  •  The DRS ZIP-ZIP reel, frame, and drill have a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.

DRS ZIP-ZIP Flex Shaft Cables:

  • DRS ZIP-ZIP Flex Shaft Cables have a warranty of 90 days from purchase if deemed structurally or physically defective.
